Ways to work with me

The right package of support will depend on where you are in your divorce journey. I offer support packages for those who are considering leaving, planning to leave, recently separated or are ready to move on after their divorce.

Stay or Go?

You have a HUGE decision to make, do I stay or do I go? Perhaps you have known for a while that something is just not quite right, but leaving feels SO uncomfortable and scary. Maybe you’ve tried a separation, he’s convinced you to come back and now your kicking yourself for not sticking to your guns.

You’ll want to be sure that your decision, especially when children are involved, is the right one. My ‘Stay or Go’ package will provide you with that clarity and peace of mind, as well as the confidence to take the next step in making your final decision.

Planning to Separate

The decision’s been made, you know you need to leave and in comes the worry, how will they take this decision? OMG what will the kids say? What will we do with the house? How will I cope financially?

You want to make sure things are as easy as possible for the sake of your kids and you also don’t want to spend a fortune on legal bills.

If this sounds like your internal dialogue, you need my Courageous Steps support package.

How is coaching different to counselling?

There are times when counselling is the best solution. If you have significant mental health disorder, addictions or suffered significant abuse then counselling may be the best option.

However, for most people going through this process, counselling isn’t necessary and coaching is a more beneficial and rounded solution. Coaching offers insights, advice and solutions for the here and now and the beauty of my divorce coaching is that it is with someone who has been there too. It can support you with conflict and mediation as I will teach you the strategies to keep calm, focused and help you to make those important, life-changing decisions.

Counselling tends to focus on the past and whilst coaching might look into some of your past to learn things, the focus is very much on the future and growth. The new you!
