    We’ll start by reflecting on and celebrating on the journey you have been on and the lessons you’ve learned along the way. This is a time to recognise the strength and resilience you’ve shown whilst fostering a positive mindset.

  • Healing and Acceptance

    This phase is about healing the wounds of the past and grieving the loss of the shared dreams you once had. We’ll work together on how you can achieve that final acceptance and be able to finally let go.

  • Visioning the future

    Starting out alone again can feel scary but this phase is about developing your confidence, self-esteem and independence so you can envisage an exciting future and begin to feel positive about your new chapter.

  • Embrace and Empower

    In this phase we will work together to identify the barriers that are holding you back from achieving that exciting future. I will then provide the insights, tools and techniques to empower you to remove those barriers to achieving your vision.

  • Building the Bridge

    Providing you with the tools and mindset, we will build the bridge together so that you can move towards your new and exciting future. Together we will plan out the progress to your life of contentment, happiness and fulfilment.

By the end of this journey, you’ll not only have navigated the aftermath of divorce with grace but also laid the groundwork for a future brimming with contentment, happiness, and fulfillment. With each phase building upon the last, you'll find yourself equipped with the tools, confidence, and support to thrive in your new chapter of life.

This package is fortnightly support for 6 months and is an investment of £1200. This package can be tailored to suit your requirements and budget so could be shortened if you feel you are further on in your recovery but would like help with a specific phase of your recovery.
